One of the aspects of working as a Vivero Fellow is that a lot of tasks I will be working on require a skillset that I am yet to develop. It is not only about having to learn those, but also having to learn what is that I do not know yet and direct my own learning. More than anything, I find it really exciting and am looking forward to building the confidence and skillset.
